Business / Sales strategies
- Expansion of retail footprint in the area of operation.
- To identify growth opportunities to expand business and increase market share across the channel in the region.
- To devise strategies to ensure LFL growth in Key accounts and EBO’s
- Develop and manage the right product mix for the local market, conduct local SKU rationalisation and product segmentation.



Make recommendations based on the monthly forecast, marketing information analysis and statistics.
- Inventory planning to ensure the availability of the right stocks within the parameters specified at the stores & warehouse.
- Direct the Visual Merchandising functions to ensure effective implementation of marketing and visual merchandising activities as per corporate guidelines
- To ensure receivables are under control and acceptable norms.
- To ensure effective deployment of staff at retail & key accounts doors within cost parameters.
- Assist sales team in maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Regular Market visits to understand and resolve store operational queries.
- Maintain & develop relations with trade associates.
- Competition analysis to be provided on a regular basis to help corporate to make accurate demand forecast.
- Train sales staff and monitor front end staff performanc
