Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor Government tenders through GEM Portal, e-Procurement portals, Tender websites, etc.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, technical specifications, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, drawings, approvals, and documentation.
- Develop business opportunities with Government departments, PSUs, Railways, Municipal Corporations, Defense, Infrastructure companies, and Contractors.
- Handle complete tendering process from enquiry to order finalization.
- Follow up for tender status, approvals, purchase orders, and payments.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, contracts, EMDs, and performance guarantees.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government officials.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare MIS reports and sales updates for management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Government Tendering process.
- Experience in GEM Portal and E-Tendering platforms.




- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and BOQ.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Additional certification in Tendering / Procurement will be an added advantage.

Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years experience in Government Tender Sales.:
- Experience in handling Government and Institutional clients.:
- Existing network with contractors, government departments, or procurement agencies preferred.:
- Self-motivated and target-oriented qualified.
- Preferred experience in Pre-Fabricated Portable Cabin, Modular Structure, Infrastructure, Construction, or Engineering Industry.
- Experience in GEM Portal and E-Tendering platforms.
