Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive with experience in the Shipping & Logistics industry to manage client coordination, shipment follow-ups, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipment updates, order processing, and logistics operations
- Manage customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment execution
- Maintain records in CRM/ERP systems and prepare reports

Required Skills:
- Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Import-Export industry
- Strong communication and client coordination skills
- Knowledge of shipment tracking and logistics operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and ERP systems
- Valuable follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

Qualification:
- MBA or B.Com graduate
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Shipping & Logistics industry preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
