Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and leads.
- Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project advantages to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule property site visits and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, CRM software, and calling tools.
- Fluent in Hindi; English communication is a plus.

Experience
- 0-3 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.

Pay: ₹8,498.03 - ₹30,755.21 per month
