Person Specification Basic Qualifications:
- CA Student Eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI.
- Hands on experience on SAP
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliance
- Previous commercial site FP&A; experience preferred.

- Excellent knowledge of all key financial processes.
- Robust process improvement and implementation track record.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Independent and assertive.
- Self-motivated, with an ability to contribute individually (work with mínimal supervision) together with being a strong team player.

- Accounting & Auditing Standards:Strong accounting concepts and understanding of accounting standards, audit procedures, and financial statement analysis
- Internal control -Good understanding of internal control framework, SOX compliaces




- System Proficiency:Practical experience with accounting software like SAP
- Advanced Excel:Ability to use Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and keyboard shortcuts, which are crucial for working with large datasets
