Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, digital marketing, references, and field activities.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Follow up with prospective clients and explain project details.

Schedule and coordinate site visits.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.

Maintain accurate client data and activity reports in CRM.

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

Represent the company professionally during meetings and events.





Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.

Graduation preferred.

Salary
