Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the courier branch.

Coordinate parcel dispatch, pickup, and delivery activities.

Ensure timely processing and tracking of courier shipments.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues.

Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure efficient route planning.

Monitor branch performance and ensure service quality standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Prepare daily reports related to shipments, deliveries, and pending consignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.

Prior experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain operations will be an advantage.

Positive communication and customer handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Experience

1-4 years of experience in courier / logistics operations preferred.

Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
