About the Role

Urban Harvest is looking for a hands-on Videographer / Cinematographer to lead all in-house video production. This role is ideal for someone who understands lighting, framing, and storytelling, and can create high-quality content in a quick-paced brand environment without relying on a large production team.

Key Responsibilities

Shooting & Production
- Shoot in-house video content including product films, lifestyle shoots, recipe videos, behind-the-scenes content, and social media videos
- Independently manage shoots including camera setup, lighting, framing, and props
- Execute briefs while bringing creative input to elevate visual quality
- Capture footage with editing in mind — multiple angles, clean takes, and sufficient B-roll

Equipment & Setup
- Manage and maintain camera gear, lighting equipment, and accessories
- Identify and recommend equipment upgrades when needed
- Shoot across varied environments such as studios,



home kitchens, outdoor locations, and events
- Handle basic on-set audio recording including lapel mics and ambient sound

Collaboration
- Work closely with the content creator on storyboards, shot lists, and execution
- Coordinate with the video editor to deliver organized and labeled footage
- Support influencer and brand shoots as the primary camera operator

Quality & Consistency
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all brand content
- Review final edits and ensure they meet visual standards
- Stay updated on current trends, formats, and techniques for short-form content

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in videography or cinematography
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand, product, or social media content
- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and lighting setups
- Strong understanding of composition, color, and lighting
- Ability to work independently on shoots
