General description of role:




The Industry Solutions role is accountable for growing the footprint of Aon HS benefit broking solutions to new clients in target industry segments like (1) GCC) (2) Financial Institutions. Both segments include General Industry clients as well till we add additional segments. Focus for future years will be Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences and Engineering & Manufacturing and specialists will be encouraged to rotate

Job responsibilities:
- The role primarily be an IC client facing role and focus on improving revenue via penetration of fresh accounts within target industries.
- Will support client teams at client benefit consulting activities including client benchmarking, claims reviews, and consulting projects for the clients with a view to enhance cross sell opportunities / value perception for the team or initiate recent projects.
