Title: Production Executive (Quality & Logistics)

Salary: ₹4-5 LPA (Based on experience & skills)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Role Objective

To manage and coordinate factory operations related to toys manufacturing and plastic moulding, while ensuring quality control and smooth logistics flow.

Key Responsibilities

Handle plastic moulding production activities efficiently

Monitor and maintain product quality standards

Coordinate with factory workers and labour staff on daily tasks

Manage inward and outward logistics (raw materials & finished goods)

Ensure proper production planning and execution

Identify and solve on-ground operational issues quickly

Maintain discipline, productivity, and workflow in the factory

Minimum 1 year experience in plastic moulding (mandatory)





Strong factory coordination skills

Ability to manage and deal with labour workforce effectively

Should be street smart and practical in problem-solving

Good learning attitude and adaptability

Basic understanding of quality control and logistics processes

Preferred Skills

Experience in toy manufacturing or similar industry

Strong communication and team-handling ability

Ability to work in a rapid-paced factory environment

Work location: Chakan (Factory-based role)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
