The Opportunity
Are you a hustler with a passion for design and a drive for sales? Rilix Pixel and Paper Studio is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Intern to expand our footprint in Bengaluru. This isn’t a "sit-behind-a-desk" internship. You will be on the front lines, helping businesses bridge the gap between their digital presence (Pixel) and their physical branding (Paper).
Earnings & Incentives
This is a performance-linked role designed for high achievers. Instead of a capped stipend, you earn a percentage of every deal you close:
- Commission Structure:5% to 15% of total sales value, depending on the product/service category.
- Uncapped Potential: The more complex the project (Web Dev/Branding), the higher your payout.
- Bonuses:
Milestone-based cash incentives for hitting monthly lead targets.
What You’ll Be Selling
- Digital Services: Branding & Identity, UI/UX Design, Web Development, and Digital Lead Gen systems.
- Print & Production: Custom Sunboard printing, Signage, Exhibition Banners, and Marketing Collateral.
- Tech Solutions: QR-based Digital Menus and multi-tenant ordering platforms for the hospitality sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Market Mapping: Identify potential clients in South Bengaluru (SMEs, Cafes, Retailers, and Manufacturing units).
- B2B Outreach: Conduct cold calls, physical visits, and LinkedIn networking to build a pipeline.
- Client Consultation: Understand a client’s branding pain points and suggest the right "Pixel" or "Paper" solution.
- Negotiation & Closing: Walk the client from the initial pitch to the final payment.
- Reporting: Maintain a basic CRM/Sheet of leads and follow-up statuses.
