We are hiring a full-time Operations and E-commerce Associate based in Jalandhar, Punjab. This is a practical, hands-on role with a strong focus on data entry, website support, customer communication, vendor coordination, and order packaging.

This role is best for someone who is careful with details, comfortable with day-to-day business tasks, and able to manage work in an organized way.

Main Responsibilities

Data Entry and Business Support
- Maintain and update records on Excel or Google Sheets for inventory, orders, website activity, social media performance, and other business data
- Keep trackers accurate, organized, and up to date
- Support managers by preparing and organizing data for business use




- Help with other basic admin and coordination work when needed

Website Maintenance and E-commerce Support
- Help maintain the Shopify website
- Upload and update products and stock details
- Training will be provided

Vendor and Customer Communication
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for day-to-day business needs
- Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Communicate with customers clearly and professionally in English and Hindi
- Follow up on customer queries and order-related communication

Packaging and Operations
- Package orders neatly and accurately
- Coordinate pickups and shipment drop-offs
- Help with other daily operations tasks
