Key Job Responsibilities
- Patient Inquiries: Answer inquiries regarding hospital services, staff, and policies, providing accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments for patients, including outpatient departments (OPD) and inpatient admissions, and conduct appointment reminder calls.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency code responses and facilitate communication between providers, often managing on-call calendars and paging systems.
- Information Management: Document all interaction details in the hospital management systems (HMS) or CRM software, ensuring patient records are updated.
- Patient Transfers: Coordinate patient transfers in and out of the hospital, including ambulance communications.




- Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere strictly to patient confidentiality laws and HIPAA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors Degree
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, active listening, and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare or fast-paced call center environment is often preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer software and data entry.
- Soft Skills: Must possess empathy, professional demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure.
