Profile: (Operations)(Customer Service Representative

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Shift: US Shift (Rotational) - 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (First Shift) / 11:30 PM to 9:00 AM (Last Shift) - Employees may have subsequent shifts every 1 hour between the first and last shifts based on project requirements

Break: 1-hour lunch break Working Days: 5 days a week (Rotational week-offs)

About the Role:
Ø We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage client projects and ensure smooth coordination with our US-based clients.

Ø This role involves understanding client business requirements, managing ongoing deliverables, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining client satisfaction across a range of service domains.

Ø You will work directly with our US-based clients and internal teams, taking ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of tasks, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
l Understand and execute client business requirements accurately and efficiently.





l Oversee and support tasks across multiple domains, including:
Ø Administrative and Back-Office Operations

Ø Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Payroll Assistance

Ø Data Entry, Reporting, and Documentation

l Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and deliverables.

l Identify potential issues or bottlenecks and proactively communicate solutions.

l Maintain a strong client relationship by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements:
l Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

l Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

l Proficiency in MS Office tools and general digital operations.

l Prior experience in client servicing, BPO, or back-office operations is an added advantage.
