EXECUTIVE - PLANNING

LOCATION - VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support production planning activities and ensure

smooth execution of orders through effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

The Job:
- Responsible for production planning and scheduling in line with customer orders, delivery commitments,

and capacity availability.
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth execution of development and bulk orders.
- Monitor order progress and production status, identify potential risks or delays, and support corrective

actions to meet OTD.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate data pertaining to WIP, machine utilization, and delivery schedules and

update provision in SAP / ERP system.
- Adhere strictly to SOPs and Time & Action plans, while supporting planning reviews and basic analysis on

capacity and delivery performance.

The Person:
Essential:



Should possess strong coordination and analytical skills with the ability to work closely with

cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production / Operations

Management, or any other equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the têxtile / garment / manufacturing

industry.
- Positive understanding of production planning, capacity management, and strong analytical capabilities.
- Good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and working knowledge of ERP / SAP (added

advantage).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹53,251.54 per month
