Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all nursing staff (GNM/ANM/Staff Nurses)
- Prepare duty rosters, shift planning, and staff allocation
- Ensure proper patient care through nursing staff
- Monitor discipline, attendance, and performance of nurses
- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and hospital protocols are followed
- Train and guide new nursing staff
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital management
- Handle nursing-related patient complaints
Requirements:
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Experience in handling nursing staff
- Can work independently in NICU and PICU as and when required
Valid nursing registration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,916.08 - ₹71,551.72 per month
