- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain solar products and services clearly
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments for field sales team
- Maintain call records and customer database
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling / telesales experience:
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of solar industry is an added advantage
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
