Planning & Coordination
- Organize health camps, screening camps, vaccination drives, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with internal hospital departments for doctor availability, equipment, medicines, and support staff.
- Identify camp locations and liaise with corporates, schools, colleges, apartments, industries, and community organizations.

Operations Management
- Ensure smooth execution of camps in office.
- Arrange logistics including:
- Medical equipment
- Camp materials
- Registration desks
- Ambulance support
- Branding and promotional materials
- Monitor patient flow and registration process.

Patient & Client Relationship
- Interact with patients and visitors professionally.
- Maintain relationships with corporate HR teams and external partners.
- Handle patient queries and provide guidance regarding hospital services and follow-up consultations.

Marketing & Outreach
- Promote hospital services through camps and community activities.
- Support lead generation and conversion for hospital departments.
- Coordinate awareness campaigns through calls, WhatsApp, social media,



and field visits.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare camp reports including:
- Number of attendees
- Health screening data
- Leads generated
- Revenue outcomes
- Maintain records of camp activities and follow-ups.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

Follow-Up Activities
- Coordinate patient follow-up appointments.
- Share reports and consultation details with relevant departments.
- Ensure conversion of camp leads into hospital visits where applicable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
