Job Summary:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business activities, coordinating between teams, ensuring process efficiency, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals. The role involves handling operational tasks, data management, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Procurement to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and resource management.




- Support management in planning, budgeting, and executing operational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Address operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
