Position Summary:
Duties & responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Assign tasks and projects to the team, based on individual strengths and project needs, to optimize performance and ensure resource utilization.
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback, resolve issues, and promote professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work workplace, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Project Oversight & Execution:
- Oversee the development, design, and implementation of Mitsubishi PLC-based control systems for automation, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Ensure proper integration of PLC systems with HMI programming, communication protocols (CC-Link, CC-Link IE, Ethernet, Modbus), VFDs, and servo systems.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and resource plans, and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems in the field,



ensuring smooth installation and operation.

Technical Expertise & Development:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team in programming Mitsubishi PLCs (iQR, Q, FX series) and HMI systems for industrial automation processes.
- Ensure the efficient integration of industrial communication protocols, including CC-Link, CC-Link IE, Ethernet, and Modbus, into automation systems.
- Oversee the design and programming of systems controlling VFDs and servo motors, ensuring proper performance and reliability in automated processes.
- Continuously evaluate and implement the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in PLC and HMI development.

Quality Assurance & Standards Compliance:
- Ensure all PLC and HMI programs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
- Review and validate technical documents, drawings, and system designs for accuracy and compliance.
