Job Title: Call Quality Analyst
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
Company: Teleminds Infotech Pvt Ltd.
Age Criteria: 25years - 35 years
Shift Timings: 6:00am to 3:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, evaluate and auditing inbound and outbound calls.
Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
Maintain quality assurance standards and compliance.
Prepare call analysis reports and share insights with the management.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
Fluency in English is mandatory
Solid listening skills.
Proficiency in Excel & Word.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
