Job Summary:
Are you a seasoned merchandising professional with a sharp eye for detail and the leadership grit to drive a production floor? We are looking for a *Senior Merchandiser* to take full ownership of the sampling and technical execution for 2-3 of our major brands.
The Role
This isn't just a desk job. You will be the bridge between design intent and production reality. You’ll be responsible for:
- *Brand Ownership:* Managing the end-to-end merchandising lifecycle for 2-3 premium brands.
- *Technical Mastery:* Deconstructing and executing complex *Tech Packs* with absolute precision.
- *Sampling Supervision:* Overseeing the development process to ensure samples meet brand standards before hitting the lines.
- *Production Synergy:* Providing clear, actionable inputs to the production team to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
- *Leadership:* Mentoring and managing a dedicated team of junior merchandisers.
What We’re Looking For
- *Experience:* A minimum of *10 years* in apparel merchandising (Export/Domestic).
- *Technical Skills:* Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric consumption, and technical specifications.
- *Strategic Thinking:* Ability to anticipate production bottlenecks during the sampling stage.
- *Communication:* Robust command over English (for tech packs/client comms) and local languages (for production floor management).
