DIE TOOLING INCHRAGE
- Die Maintenance & Repair: Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs for cutting dies, including sharpening, cleaning, and replacing broken metal bands to ensure high-quality, accurate cuts.
- Tooling Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of all dies, including size, style, and last/sole specifications for both ladies and men's ranges. Implement a robust check-in/checkout process.
- Current Product Development (NPD) Support: Lead tooling development from design concepts to start of production (SOP), including debugging and verifying new dies during production trials.
- Pattern-to-Die Alignment: Verify that cutting dies perfectly match technical patterns for components like uppers, linings, and soles to minimize material wastage.
- Troubleshooting: Address and solve tooling issues during production,



such as improper cutting, bending of dies, or misaligned shapes.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external suppliers for the sourcing or repair of specialized tooling.
- A Footwear Die Tooling Incharge for ladies and mens footwear is responsible for the design, procurement, maintenance, repair, and inventory management of cutting dies, molds, and related tools used in the manufacturing of shoes. This role ensures that all tooling meets production schedules, maintains accuracy to the pattern specifications, and operates efficiently for various materials

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
