We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Solutions Architect to support our Global System Integrator (GSI) business. This is a customer
- and partner-facing pre-sales role for someone who understands the value of technology-led business transformation and thrives in sell‐to, sell‐with, and co‐sell motions.
You will play a critical role in helping GSI partners and customers accelerate outcomes using easy, powerful, and secure SolarWinds solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor from discovery through deployment.

What You'll Do

Pre‐Sales & Technical Leadership
- Serve as a key technical member of the GSI Sales team, providing pre‐sales support for the SolarWinds product portfolio.
- Conduct online and on‐site product demonstrations, technical workshops,



and webinars for customers and partners.
- Answer in‐depth technical questions from prospects, customers, and channel partners.

Customer Discovery & Solution Design
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, and pain points.
- Analyze customer environments (on‐prem, hybrid, cloud) and design solutions that improve visibility, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Recommend architectural changes, upgrades, and best‐practice designs aligned to customer goals, scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of SolarWinds solutions in the context of customer needs.

Sales & Partner Enablement
- Advise Inside Sales, Field Sales, and GSI partners on solution positioning and technical strategy.
- Support opportunity qualification, scoping, and progression through the sales funnel.
