1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB PROFILE:
As a Tax Executive, you will play an important role in managing tax compliance and supporting client advisory.

Direct Tax Compliance:
- Tally data entry and maintenance and finalization of books of accounts.
- Preparation of financials and Tax audit report.
- Ensure timely deduction and deposit of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
- Prepare and file TDS returns.
- Handle TDS reconciliation and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for resident and non-resident individuals, firms, companies and private trusts.
- Ensure accurate and timely compliance with applicable tax deadlines
- Maintain accurate tax records, documentation, and reports.

Advance Tax & Reporting
- Compute and monitor Advance Tax liabilities
- Prepare advance tax projections

Client Interaction
- Act as a point of contact for client tax queries
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance matters

Additional Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Article Assistants




- Assist seniors in preparation of submission/details for scrutiny assessment, appeals and other tax related matters.
- Support the team in day-to-day tax matters
- Share tax updates and regulatory changes
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions

Education
- B. Com / Commerce Graduate
- Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout preferred

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Direct Tax / CA Firm environment

Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of:
- TDS
- Income Tax Return Filing
- Advance Tax Computation
- Proficiency in Tally
- Positive command of MS Excel and use of AI tools
- Familiarity with Winman software (preferred)

Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client-handling abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
