Job Title: E-commerce & Growth Executive

About the Role:
At TeenTrums, we are building a design-led, fast-growing fashion brand for the current generation. We are looking for an E-commerce & Growth Executive who blends strong cataloguing expertise with a sharp understanding of digital performance and brand aesthetics. This role goes beyond operations — it’s about owning how our products are presented, discovered, and scaled across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Premium Cataloguing & Brand Presentation
- Own end-to-end product listings across Amazon, Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and FirstCry
- Craft high-conversion, brand-aligned product pages (titles, descriptions, imagery, attributes)
- Ensure consistency in tone, styling, and visual storytelling across all platforms
- Work closely with design and content teams to maintain a premium brand experience

2. Data-Driven Catalog Management
- Manage bulk catalog uploads, updates, and audits using Excel
- Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting
- Track listing health, identify gaps,



and proactively resolve platform-level issues

3. Search & Discoverability (SEO)
- Drive keyword strategy for all marketplaces to improve organic visibility
- Optimize listings based on search trends, competition, and performance insights
- Continuously refine content to improve ranking and conversion

4. Performance Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute ad campaigns across marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
- Manage paid campaigns on Google and Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, and key performance metrics to drive profitable growth
- Test, analyze, and scale campaigns with a strong focus on performance

What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion or D2C brands
- Strong command over Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data handling)
- Hands-on experience with marketplace and digital ads (Google & Meta)
