Role Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product labeling, tagging, and documentation as per e-commerce standards
- Track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle customer claims, returns, refunds, and replacements efficiently
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for shipment updates
- Monitor order status and resolve operational issues proactively
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data:
- Ensure compliance with company processes and marketplace policies
- Support the team in improving overall operational efficiency

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (freshers can apply)




- Basic understanding of order processing, labeling, and logistics:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
