JOB TITLE: CYBERSECURITY TRAINER

LOCATION: Nerul, Ghatkopar & Andheri

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training & Delivery:
- Conduct interactive training sessions on Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Web Application Security, SOC Operations, Incident Response, Cloud Security, etc.
- Teach certification-oriented courses such as CEH, CHFI, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, EC-Council courses, and more (as per expertise).
- Deliver both in-person and online classes using institute-approved methodologies and tools.

Practical & Lab Management:
- Guide students through hands-on labs using tools like Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nmap, SIEM tools, etc.
- Set up virtual lab environments for practice and demonstrations.




- Troubleshoot student issues related to labs or assignments.

Curriculum Development:
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and quizzes.
- Update course content regularly based on industry trends and new technologies.

Student Support:
- Mentor students, review projects, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Prepare learners for interviews, certification exams, and real-world scenarios.
- Participate in doubt-clearing sessions and revision workshops.

Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain training reports, attendance, student performance records.
- Coordinate with academic & placement teams for batch scheduling and student progress.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

EXPERIENCE:
- Fresher OR 1 year of experience in cybersecurity roles or cybersecurity training.
