Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of logistics staff.
Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch (Inward & Outward)
Ensure all dispatch are completed on schedule and in compliance with company standards.
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory and team performance.
Ensure a protected working environment and adherence to all safety protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
