Key Responsibilities
- Teach English as per CBSE syllabus and lesson plan
- Prepare daily lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials
- Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and performance evaluations
- Provide remedial support and doubt-clearing sessions for weak students
- Encourage students to participate in debates, speeches, and language activities
- Ensure timely syllabus completion and proper revision planning
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom activities effectively
- Support board exam preparation techniques and writing practice
- Participate in school academic meetings, events, and co-curricular activities
- Communicate student progress with parents and academic coordinators

Requirements:
- B.Ed. mandatory:
- 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Good knowledge of CBSE curriculum and exam pattern
- Ability to handle student behavior and motivate learners





Preferred Skills
- Ability to prepare question papers and worksheets
- Experience in smart classroom teaching
- Robust spoken English and presentation skills
- Ability to guide students in creative writing and literature
