Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Sourcing
- Follow up on new developments and preparation for retail buying
- Coordinate with vendors for sampling, strike-offs, lab dips, and bit looms
- Track and approve FIT, PP, TOP, and shoot samples
- Follow up for accessories, trims, and fabric approvals
- Approve EAN codes and product details

Vendor Management
- Assist in selection and finalization of vendors based on product category and past performance
- Handle costing, negotiations, and PO issuance
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Conduct random vendor visits when required

Production & Delivery
- Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A;) calendar and Master data
- Follow up for timely production and delivery to DC




- Ensure GRN is completed at DC after receipt of goods

Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with design, merchandising, sourcing, and planning teams
- Ensure product development and bulk production meet quality, cost, and timeline targets

Requirements:
- Knowledge of fabrics, prints, and sampling processes in women’s ethnic wear
- Experience in vendor coordination, sampling, or buying is preferred
- Positive understanding of product development and sourcing
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion and retail environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
