Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced qualified in rooftop solar sales who can also handle backend operational processes related to residential and commercial solar projects. The role requires a mix of field sales expertise and coordination with government portals, DISCOM, and banks.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
- Generate and close leads for rooftop solar installations
- Conduct site visits and customer consultations
- Explain technical and financial aspects of solar systems to customers

Operations & Backend Work:
- Handle registrations and processes on the PM Surya Ghar portal:
- Manage load capacity sanctioning and documentation
- Coordinate with MSEB for approvals and net meter procurement
- Ensure proper submission and follow-up for subsidy allotment:
- Assist customers with bank loan processing and documentation:




- Maintain records and track project status end-to-end

Requirements:
- Prior experience in rooftop solar sales (mandatory):
- Good understanding of solar project execution and government processes:
- Experience with PM Surya Ghar / DISCOM / Net Metering procedures preferred
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage both fieldwork and office coordination
- Basic knowledge of documentation and compliance processes
- Experience working with MSEB or similar DISCOM processes:
- Familiar with subsidy schemes and solar financing
- Self-driven and capable of handling multiple tasks independently
