1. Food Preparation
- Assist in preparing continental dishes
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes as directed by senior chefs
- Help in basic prep work
2. Learning & Development
- Learn cooking techniques, plating styles, and kitchen operations
- Take guidance from senior chefs and implement feedback
- Continuously improve speed, efficiency, and presentation
3. Kitchen Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients (FIFO method)
4. Support Kitchen Operations
- Assist in stock handling and inventory checks
- Ensure timely preparation during service hours
- Support team members during rush hours
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
