Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily production operations including shelling, grading, sorting, and packing to achieve targets with minimum wastage
- Ensure proper raw material handling, storage, and timely availability for uninterrupted production
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, storage, and outward movement with complete material accountability
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock verification, and documentation including stack cards and reports
- Ensure correct raw material issuance to production and smooth material flow between warehouse and production teams
- Implement proper stacking, labelling, FIFO practices, and space utilization in coordination with the Operations Head
- Monitor machine operations, production speed, and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards by coordinating with QC and resolving any quality-related issues




- Plan and manage dispatch activities ensuring proper stacking of finished goods and timely delivery
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards across production and warehouse areas
- Be actively present on the shop floor to monitor operations, provide inputs, and resolve issues in real-time
- Monitor and prevent pilferage, material loss, or unauthorized activities within operations
- Manage and supervise manpower, including work allocation, productivity, and discipline of production labor
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-control measures

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,418.91 per month
