1. Drafting quotations and converting them to Sales Orders.
2. Attending to new leads and follow ups.
3. Receivables and order confirmation follow ups.
4. Daily order dispatch planning in coordination with Dispatch team.
5. Explaining products to current Clients.
6. Providing sales reports.
7. Solving customer complaints, transport/courier complaints for better customer service.
8. After Sales service follow ups.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
