Work Pattern: 8-Hour Rotational Shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night) | 6 Days per week (1 day off)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Nurses with operation theatre and scrub experience to join our clinical team. This role offers an excellent chance to gain diverse experience across various specialities in a supportive, rural environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Outpatient Care: Assist DMO/consultants in conducting primary consultations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and coordinate follow-up care for a diverse patient demographic.
- Inpatient Management: Assist in performing daily rounds, monitor vital signs and inpatient progress, administer medications, patient preparation for surgery, organise manage IP admissions/discharges,



and ensure comprehensive clinical documentation.
- Operation Theatre Management: Autoclave instruments, preparation of OT, coordinate with surgeons, Chief medical officer, Anaesthetists and DMO, assist surgeons during procedure as scrub nurse for all procedures i.e Orthopaedics, General surgery, laproscopy, Endoscopy, ENT, Urology, Plastic & reconstructive surgery, vascular surgery etc
- Clinical Coordination: Work closely with consultants across specialities (e.g., Surgery, Orthopaedic, Medicine, Paediatrics, ENT, Gynaecology, Plastic & Reconstructive surgery) to implement treatment plans.
- Emergency Response: Assist DMO/specialists in providing initial stabilization and management for emergency presentations.
- Procedures: Assist doctors /perform routine clinical procedures including cannulation, suturing, and basic life support as required.
