Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Client Metrics Associate Information Technology Analyst located in Navi Mumbai India. This position is in the “Scale & Deliver” Organization with the role aligning to the Client Facing Tower with primary expertise in Client Metrics.





The Client Metrics Associate Information Technology Analyst is responsible for building and presenting meaningful data insights by shaping how data is structured, modeled, and communicated. Using data analysis and reporting tools, this role supports programs and projects by providing transparency into progress toward objectives through clear, consumable dashboards and views. While this role does not own data sources or content creation, it is accountable for ensuring data is presented clearly, accurately, and in a way that meets stakeholder needs.

The role identifies data gaps, understands how underlying data structures influence insights, and works with delivery and technical teams to address data presentation challenges. Success in this role requires solid stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex data landscapes into actionable, business‑relevant views, including facilitating discussions to review and align on insights.
