Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations across assigned offsite locations
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to Global Pitara’s quality and hygiene standards
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency, discipline, and adherence to SOPs
- Coordinate with the central (backend) kitchen to ensure timely supply of ingredients and prevent shortages
- Monitor inventory levels, reduce wastage, and maintain proper stock records
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation, storage, and service
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-end operations
- Handle client-specific requirements and ensure satisfaction at corporate sites
- Assist in menu planning and optimization based on operational feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, preferably in catering or institutional kitchens
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards




- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
- Experience in corporate catering or cloud kitchens is an advantage
