Role Overview

We are hiring an Ecommerce Executive who will manage our Shopify store and paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Your main goal is to increase orders, improve conversion rate, and maintain solid ROI while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Shopify Store Management
- Manage and update Shopify website (products, collections, pricing)
- Optimize product pages for higher conversion rate (CVR):
- Improve website UX, checkout flow, and loading speed

2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Run and manage ads on Meta Ads Manager
- Monitor and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend):
- Test creatives, audiences, and scaling strategies
- Control daily ad budgets efficiently

3. Growth & Performance
- Increase daily orders and revenue:
- Improve CTR → CVR → Purchase funnel:
- Work on AOV (Average Order Value) improvements

4. Delivery & RTO Coordination
- Coordinate with operations/logistics team




- Improve delivery % and reduce RTO (Return to Origin):
- Assist in COD confirmation and order quality checks

5. Reporting & Analytics
- Track daily KPIs:
- ROAS
- CPA
- Conversion Rate
- Delivery %
- Use Shopify & Ads data for decision making

Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify store management:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
- Basic understanding of D2C ecommerce funnel:
- Good with numbers and performance tracking

Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Experience in COD business
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing / CRM tools
- Basic creative understanding (ads, copy, hooks)
