Hiring: Field Officer - Blue Collar Staffing / Manpower Coordinator

Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai / Chennai

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Field Officer to manage end-to-end blue-collar manpower operations, vendor coordination, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard blue-collar manpower (Kitchen Steward (KST), Dishwashing staff, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors for manpower supply and maintain strong relationships
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely manpower deployment
- Manage attendance, shifts, deployment, and replacements
- Conduct regular field visits for supervision and quality control
- Act as a single point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
- Maintain MIS, reports, and operational documentation





Required Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Field work experience preferred
- Knowledge of the local manpower market
- Basic Excel/reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients & pressure situations

Eligibility:
- Graduate / 12th Pass (relevant experience preferred)
- Must be comfortable with field work
- Two-wheeler preferred

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
- Travel Allowance (as per role requirement)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
