Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to policies, claims, and services
- Generate and follow up on leads for health, life, and general insurance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, claims, support)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers
