What you’ll actually do
- Create high-converting short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, ad creatives)
- Edit YouTube content (long + short format):
- Produce social media ads & in-app video creatives:
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, hooks, sound design, and pacing for retention
- Work on performance-focused creatives (CTR, watch time, conversions)

Required skills (strict)
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects:
- Strong understanding of:
- Hooks (first 1-3 sec)
- Retention editing
- Fast-paced cuts & storytelling
- Proven work in:
- Reels / Shorts
- YouTube videos
- Ad creatives

AI & Modern Tools Awareness
- Should be aware of latest AI tools for video/audio editing:
- Understand how AI is used for:
- Faster editing workflows
- Auto subtitles / captions
- Audio enhancement
- Content variations




- Hands-on usage is a plus, but
- awareness is expected

Must-have proof
- Portfolio with real work links:
- Should demonstrate:
- Solid hooks
- Clean subtitles & pacing
- Ad-style or high-engagement edits

What actually matters
- Ability to create videos that perform (not just look good):
- Speed + consistency
