We’re expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented, Excel-savvy Operations Executive who’s ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Do Advanced Excel & Reporting
- Manage and analyze large datasets
- Create MIS reports using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.:
- Generate data-driven insights for decision-making
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Ensure timely query resolution

Customer Support & Operations
- Handle client queries efficiently




- Maintain operational records & documentation
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate daily operations & streamline processes

Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in Operations / Back Office (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Good multitasking & time-management abilities
- CRM knowledge is a plus
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
