Job Summary

The Site Supervisor - Interior & Civil Works is responsible for supervising and coordinating interior fit-out and civil construction activities at the site. The role ensures that work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Works
- Supervise interior fit-out activities such as:
- False ceiling (Gypsum / POP)
- Flooring (Tiles, Marble, Wooden, Vinyl)
- Carpentry, modular furniture, and joinery
- Painting, polishing, and wall finishes
- Partition works (Gypsum / Glass / Wood)
- Ensure finishes meet approved samples and client expectations
- Coordinate with interior subcontractors and vendors

Civil Works
- Supervise civil works including:
- RCC, brickwork, plastering, and block work
- Minor structural and repair works
- Waterproofing and screeding
- Check levels, alignment, and dimensions as per drawings
- Ensure proper curing and quality of civil works

General Site Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications




- Plan daily work activities and manage site manpower
- Ensure materials availability and control wastage
- Monitor work progress and adhere to project schedules
- Enforce site safety and housekeeping standards
- Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution
- Maintain daily site reports and work records
- Report progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager

Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of interior finishing and civil construction methods
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Good coordination and leadership skills
- Quality control and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and time management skills

Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Relevant site supervision experience in interior and civil works

Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in interior fit-out and civil construction projects
