Job Title:
Telecaller - Travel Industry

Location:
Satellite, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
Vivanta Holidays is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with potential customers and introduce our international travel packages and services. The role involves contacting customers through leads available in the CRM system and generating interest in our travel offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100-150 calls daily using leads available in the CRM system.
- All calls will be made on company-provided leads through the CRM system.
- Explain international travel packages and assist customers with basic queries.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM.
- Share interested leads with the sales team for further follow-up.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers at all times.

Requirements:




- Graduate in any field; experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic sales or telecalling experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).

Company Facility:
- Company SIM card will be provided for official calling purposes only.

Work Timings (Shifts):
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Leave Policy:
- 12 Paid Leaves per year (1 per month).
- 4 Weekly Offs per month.

Other Details:
- Probation Period: 2 Months
- Notice Period: 45 Days

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
