- Managed import and export documentation including Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, invoices, packing lists, and related filings
- Ensured compliance with Customs Act, DGFT regulations, and port/trade laws:
- Coordinated with Customs officials, port authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders:
- Oversaw cargo clearance processes at ports/ICDs/air cargo complexes
- Monitored duty payments, exemptions, and classification under HS codes
- Ensured timely clearance of consignments while minimizing delays and penalties
- Maintained accurate records and supported audits and inspections
- Acted as an authorized signatory for CHA-related documentation and procedures
