Hiring: Junior and Senior Interior Designers

Paanini is expanding its interior design team and is hiring both Junior Interior Designers and Senior Interior Designers for our office in Sachin GIDC. We are looking for creative, detail-oriented professionals who can contribute to high-quality design work and project delivery.

Open PositionsJunior Interior Designer

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering:
- Strong working knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, and AutoCAD:
- Comfortable using Google Workspace / Google Suite:
- Good understanding of interior design drawings, detailing, and presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines

Senior Interior Designer

Experience:



Minimum 5 years

Requirements:
- Strong experience in interior design project handling from concept to execution
- Excellent design, detailing, and coordination skills
- Ability to lead projects and guide junior team members
- Strong communication and client-handling capabilities
- Experience in managing timelines, drawings, and design deliverables efficiently

Compensation

Interview Process

- Final round with the Hiring Manager

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
