Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook & YouTube)

Plan and execute content calendars target wise (daily/weekly/monthly)

Coordinate with videographer & editor for reels and creative content

Write engaging captions, hooks and storytelling related content

Stay updated with trends, reels formats and viral content ideas

Monitor DMs, comments and audience engagement required

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers’ growth)

Run basic paid promotions / boosting posts in the social media accounts

Should be day to day activities report to your department TL/Manager.

Required Skills:
Must having Degree with 1-2 years of experience in social media Domain

Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels growth strategies

Creative mindset with good visual sense and storytelling

Knowledge of content planning and social media algorithms

Hands-on with tools like Canva / basic editing apps

Positive communication and team coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
