Urgent Hiring: Construction Supervisor - Full-Time

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee onsite operations at our ongoing residential projects in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure the project progresses as per approved plans and schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, vendors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
- Ensure compliance with architectural drawings, structural designs, and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, quality of materials, and finishing standards.
- Maintain daily site reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements at the site.




- Verify measurements and assist in contractor billing/checking work progress.

Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in supervising residential/commercial building projects.
- Solid knowledge of civil construction, finishing work, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Hands-on experience in labour management and site coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety practices and statutory compliances.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
