Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for high-rise projects
- Develop schematic designs, working drawings, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, by-laws, and regulations
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and project presentations
- Provide design support during execution and address site-related design queries
- Review drawings and ensure quality, accuracy, and design intent are maintained
- Assist in project planning, timelines, and documentation control

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office:




- Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
- Experience in designing and planning Multiple projects /commercial buildings:
- Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving approach

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) - Mandatory:
- Minimum 2-7years of relevant experience in architectural design
- Proven experience working on Multiple projects
